Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the MobiHub App

1.1The MobiHub Application is designed for creating and managing mobile proxies on Android devices. The Application's functionality includes authorization, device status monitoring, IP rotation management, connection parameter configuration and network traffic transmission through created proxies.

1.2These terms apply to all actions performed using the Application, including but not limited to: registration, authorization, proxy connection configuration, traffic transmission and interaction with technical support.

1.3If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you must immediately stop using the Application and uninstall it from your device.

2.1During operation, the Application may automatically collect the following technical information:

2.1.1Network data: device IP address (mobile and Wi-Fi), SIM card data (carrier, country), IP address change history.

2.1.2Device data: phone model, Android OS version (9.0 or higher), battery level, device identifier.

2.1.3Activity data: screens visited in the Application, time and date of use, session duration, login and logout events.

2.1.4Traffic data: volume of incoming and outgoing traffic through created proxy connections, timestamps, destination ports (without recording the content of transmitted data).

2.2The specified data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

2.2.1Ensuring the correct operation of the Application and providing the declared functionality (proxy creation, IP rotation, connection management).

2.2.2Analytics and improvement of the Application: error detection, performance optimization, usage scenario analysis.

2.2.3Monitoring compliance with terms of use and preventing abuse (DoS/DDoS attacks, spam, fraud).

2.2.4Interaction with law enforcement agencies in accordance with the established legal procedure.

3.1We apply organizational and technical measures to protect processed information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. Such measures include:

3.1.1Encryption of data transmission channels (TLS) between the Application and Mobihub servers.

3.1.2Storage of passwords in hashed form using modern algorithms.

3.1.3Regular updates of server software and application of network firewalls.

3.1.4Limited access to personal data by employees directly involved in maintenance.

3.2Despite the measures taken, no method of data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is absolutely secure. We do not guarantee 100% protection against hacking or data interception.

3.3Personal data is processed strictly within the purposes specified in Section 2 and is not transferred to third parties except in cases provided for in Section 4.

4.1Aggregated and anonymized data (that does not allow identification of a specific user) may be transferred to third-party analytics services to improve the Application. Such services include, for example, Google Analytics or similar platforms that collect usage statistics.

4.2Personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4.3Information may be disclosed in the following cases provided by law:

4.3.1Upon a reasoned request from law enforcement agencies, a court or other government body within the established procedure.

4.3.2To protect the rights, property or safety of users, our company or third parties (for example, when investigating fraud, DDoS attacks or other unlawful actions committed using the Application).

4.3.3In the event of reorganization, merger or sale of company assets — to the new owner with notification of users.

4.4When transferring data in the listed cases, we are guided by the principle of minimization: only the information necessary to achieve the stated purpose is provided.

5.1The user bears sole responsibility for the legality of using proxy connections created with the Application, including but not limited to: compliance with the laws of their country of residence, the country where the proxy device is located, and the country where the target resources are located.

5.2It is prohibited to use the Application and created proxies for:

5.2.1Committing crimes, money laundering, financing terrorism, drug or human trafficking.

5.2.2Distributing malware, spam, phishing attacks.

5.2.3Violation of copyright and related rights (piracy).

5.2.4Attacks on information systems of third parties (DoS, DDoS, vulnerability scanning without permission).

5.2.5Any other actions that violate applicable law.

5.3Violation of the specified prohibitions may result in account blocking, deletion of proxy connections without refund, and transfer of information about the user to law enforcement agencies.

6.1We reserve the right to periodically make changes to this document. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website https://mobihub.biz and in the Application interface.

6.2We notify users of significant changes (affecting the collection, use or transfer of personal data) through:

6.2.1The email address provided during registration.

6.2.2Push notifications in the Application.

6.2.3A pop-up window at the next launch of the Application.

6.3Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Application and uninstall it.

6.4It is recommended to periodically check the current version of the document in the "Privacy Policy" section of the Application or on the official website.

7.1The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

7.1.1Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Application.

7.1.2Compatibility with specific device models or Android versions not specified in the system requirements.

7.1.3Absence of temporary technical interruptions caused by work on mobile carrier or hosting provider networks.

7.2We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to: data loss, lost profits, interruption of business activity.

7.3To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for use of the Application over the last 12 months.
