1. General Provisions
Welcome to Mobihub.biz ("Company", "we", "us", "our", "Mobihub"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the software service located at https://mobihub.biz and the Mobihub — Mobile Proxies mobile application (collectively or individually — the "Service").
Together with the Privacy Policy published on our website, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Mobihub ("Agreement"). By using the Service, the Client confirms that they have fully read the Agreement, understand its content and accept it without reservation. If the Client does not agree with any of the terms, use of the Service is prohibited.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other persons wishing to access or use the Service.
2. Definitions
2.1Service — the website https://mobihub.biz and the Mobihub — Mobile Proxies mobile application, operated by Mobihub.
2.2Device — a physical Android smartphone with an active mobile internet connection and the Mobihub application installed. The Device is the hardware foundation through which internet access is provided and a mobile IP address is formed.
2.3Proxy — a software entity bound to a specific Device. The Proxy level concentrates management of all parameters related to the device: IP address change via airplane mode, automatic IP rotation on a schedule or on demand, DNS settings and other network parameters. One Device may have one Proxy. Subscription and billing are performed at the Proxy level.
2.4Connection — an access point to the Proxy with unique connection credentials (host, port, login, password). One or more Connections may be created within a single Proxy. At the Connection level, the following are configured: traffic consumption control, thread limit settings and access management. All Connections of a single Proxy automatically inherit its IP rotation settings, DNS and other device parameters. The maximum number of Connections within a single Proxy is determined by the Client's tariff plan.
2.5Clients — individuals or legal entities that have entered into an Agreement with Mobihub and receive services in accordance with such Agreement.
2.6End Users — individuals or legal entities that directly use mobile proxies created by Clients on Mobihub's software infrastructure.
3. About Our Service
3.1.1Mobihub provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) infrastructure service. Mobihub provides Clients exclusively with infrastructure for independently creating and configuring their own mobile proxies on their Android devices. Mobihub does not engage in creating, generating, selling or providing mobile proxy servers as such.
Using a single Android device, the Client can create one Proxy that allows using the IP address of that phone from other devices. Each Proxy may include multiple Connections (different proxy addresses IP:PORT pointing to the same device). IP addresses may change, however it should be noted that regardless of the IP address change, its geolocation will always correspond to the physical location of the phone.
Service features include:
- Mobile application for smartphones running Android 9.0 and above.
- Control panel located at https://mobihub.biz
- Telegram bot https://t.me/mobihubbot
3.1.2The Mobihub Service supports three types of connections: HTTP, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5.
HTTP — one of the main internet protocols used for exchanging data between browsers, applications and websites. Mobihub supports secure HTTP connections, providing stable access to web resources through mobile proxies.
SOCKS4 — a network proxy protocol designed to transmit internet traffic between a client and server through an intermediate proxy server. Unlike HTTP, SOCKS4 operates at a lower level and is suitable not only for websites but also for various applications supporting TCP connections. Note that SOCKS4 does not support login/password authorization. Therefore, access to SOCKS4 proxies is typically provided only through a whitelist system — pre-approved client IP addresses allowed to connect to the proxy server.
SOCKS5 — a protocol for routing network packets between a client and server, providing authentication and encryption. Authorization is possible both via whitelist and via login/password. Mobihub supports two key SOCKS5 methods:
- SOCKS5 CONNECT — a method for establishing a TCP connection through a proxy server. Used for HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SSH and any other TCP applications.
- SOCKS5 UDP (UDP ASSOCIATE) — a method for transmitting UDP datagrams. Enables work with voice calls (VoIP), video streams, DNS queries and torrent traffic.
All connections in Mobihub are implemented on a proprietary stack using raw sockets, without dependencies on third-party VPN applications.
3.1.3The Service and its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any additional development beyond the scope of these Terms is agreed upon separately.
3.1.4To prevent unauthorized actions, Mobihub reserves the right to restrict access to certain websites through our Service — in particular, to government portals, banking websites and other resources at our discretion.
3.2.1The Client registers on the Mobihub website, confirms their email address and Telegram account, then downloads the mobile application and logs in. After logging into the application, a new Device automatically appears in the personal account. Based on it, the Client can create one or more Proxies, each of which is paid for separately.
3.2.2Clients acknowledge that they bear sole responsibility for the nature of their use of the Mobihub Service, which must comply with the requirements of Section 4 "Prohibited Uses".
3.2.3The Client acknowledges that they bear full responsibility for compliance with the terms of service of the applicable mobile carrier. Mobihub does not verify such restrictions and is not liable for their violation.
3.2.4The Client is provided with an account on the Platform, access to which is protected by the login and password specified during registration.
3.2.5If the Client provides information about Mobihub to third parties, they must ensure the accuracy of such information and its consistency with information published on Mobihub's resources.
3.3.1Accounts may only be registered by adults meeting the requirements of clause 3.2.1.
3.3.2The account and Service are protected by information security measures of our company and its service providers. Client data, including passwords, is protected by encryption.
3.3.3To create a Mobihub account, the Client must:
- Open the official Mobihub website at https://mobihub.biz and begin the registration procedure.
- Complete the registration form on the website.
- Accept these Terms by clicking the "Register" button.
- Confirm their email address and Telegram account.
- Download the application from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobihub.app
- Log in to the Mobihub application using their account.
3.3.4By creating an account, the Client warrants the accuracy and currency of the information provided. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as for all actions performed using them. Upon detecting unauthorized use of the account, the Client must immediately notify us through the official contacts specified in Section 20.
4. Prohibited Uses
4.1The Client may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Client bears sole responsibility for the nature of their actions within our Service.
4.2The Client agrees not to use the Mobihub Service:
- to commit crimes, violate applicable law, or to incite or encourage others to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, financing terrorism, exploitation of children, drug or human trafficking, circumventing international sanctions;
- to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- to transmit or arrange sending of spam, chain letters or other unsolicited messages;
- to impersonate another user, individual or legal entity;
- in any way that violates the rights of third parties or is connected with fraudulent or harmful activities;
- to take actions that prevent other users from using the Service;
- in any way that violates applicable national or international laws.
4.3The Client declares that they will not:
- use the Service in a way that could disrupt, overload, damage or disable it;
- use any processes to monitor or copy Service materials without our prior written consent;
- use software that interferes with the proper operation of the Service;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms and other malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to any components of the Service;
- conduct DoS or DDoS attacks on the Service;
- interfere with the proper operation of the Service in any other way.
4.4The Client acknowledges that we may at any time without prior notice suspend or terminate the provision of Services and block the Client's account in case of violation of any of the above provisions.
4.5The Client acknowledges that we will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations of possible violations of the law. Violation of laws and network security may result in criminal or civil liability.
5. Subscription and Pricing
5.1.1A subscription is issued separately for each Proxy.
5.1.2Each new Client has the right to request a free trial period of 24 hours once by contacting technical support. The trial period is provided only to new Clients and can be activated once.
5.1.3After the end of the trial period, further use of the Service is carried out on a paid basis in accordance with the selected tariff.
5.1.4Repeated provision of the free trial period or its extension is carried out solely at the discretion of the service administration.
5.1.5If payment is not made within 14 days of the end of the trial period, the created Connection may be suspended or deleted.
5.2.1The Service is paid for on a subscription basis for each Proxy created by the Client. The billing period is 30 days.
5.2.2We reserve the right to decline or cancel a Client's subscription if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
5.2.3The Client's personal account maintains an account balance from which funds are debited for subscription payments.
5.2.4At the end of each billing period, the Client's subscription is automatically renewed on the same terms unless the Client or Mobihub cancels it.
5.2.5The Client may cancel automatic subscription renewal on the account management page or by contacting Mobihub customer support.
5.2.6When changing tariff plans before the end of the paid period, a recalculation is made: the cost of days already used is deducted from the amount paid for the current tariff, and the remaining funds are recalculated into days of the new tariff.
5.2.7If the balance is not topped up within 14 days, the unpaid Connection is deleted.
5.2.8We engage third-party service providers to process payments. Mobihub is not liable for the actions of third-party payment providers.
5.2.9The Client acknowledges that when using the paid Service, the terms and data processing policies of the relevant third-party payment providers apply.
5.2.10Mobihub does not collect bank card data or other payment details of Clients — these functions are performed by the payment provider.
5.3.1The current price list is available on our website in the "Tariffs" section. All tariffs and prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
5.3.2The stated service prices do not include taxes that may apply depending on the Client's jurisdiction.
5.3.3The cost of services does not include payment provider fees.
5.3.4By providing payment details to the payment provider, the Client automatically grants Mobihub the right to charge all subscription payments accrued to the Client's account.
5.4.1Mobihub may change subscription prices at any time at its discretion. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4.2Mobihub will notify the Client in advance of price changes by email, giving the opportunity to cancel the subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the new tariff takes effect constitutes the Client's agreement to the updated pricing.
5.5.1A free trial period is provided to evaluate whether the Service meets the Client's needs. Each Client is entitled to use the trial period once.
5.5.2Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments debited from the Client's balance are non-refundable. For all refund inquiries, please contact us through the official contacts in Section 20.
5.5.3If the Client no longer wishes to use our Service, they simply need to stop paying for future periods and stop using the Service.
5.5.4The right to return purchases made remotely does not apply to our Services as they represent software in the format of an online service.
5.5.5The Client independently ensures the security of their payment instruments and credentials. Subscriptions made using someone else's payment details are not under Mobihub's responsibility and are not subject to reimbursement.
6. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotions available through the Service may be governed by additional rules in addition to these Terms. When participating in promotions, the Client must read the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. The rules of individual promotions may be communicated to the Client directly without being published on the website. In case of conflict between the promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules shall prevail.
7. Transfer of Proxies to Third Parties
7.1As a Mobihub Client, you independently assume the risks associated with transferring Proxies to third parties (End Users). In connection with this, we recommend complying with the following requirements:
7.1.1Legal Compliance. Ensure the legality of your activities both in your country and in the End User's country.
7.1.2Terms of Use. Clients must ensure that each End User has familiarized themselves with these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Proxy. When commercially distributing Proxies, the Client must establish their own terms of service for End Users.
7.1.3Privacy Policy. Clients must inform End Users about Mobihub's Privacy Policy.
7.1.4Identification (KYC). Clients must implement an End User identity verification procedure to prevent illegal use of services.
7.1.5Pricing. Clients independently set prices for End Users.
7.1.6Product Compliance. Clients are prohibited from providing third parties with other proxies under the guise of mobile proxies created using our Service.
7.2These Terms govern the relationship between Mobihub and the Client. Mobihub provides exclusively the infrastructure for creating mobile proxies and is not responsible for the quality, performance or legality of proxy services provided by Clients to End Users.
7.3Mobihub does not sell mobile proxies created by Clients. Such services may be provided by Mobihub only on the basis of a separate agreement with the Client.
7.4In case of violation of these provisions by the Client, they are obliged to compensate for damage resulting from such violations and to reimburse Mobihub for all claims made by third parties.
7.5Clients must promptly handle complaints and requests from End Users related to proxy services.
7.6In case of disputes between Clients and End Users, Mobihub bears no responsibility and does not participate in their resolution.
7.7Mobihub reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to Clients who do not comply with the requirements of this section, without prior notice.
8. Data Protection
8.1By accepting these Terms, the Client confirms that all data provided during the Agreement process is accurate and current, and undertakes to maintain it in such condition.
8.2We adhere to data protection and information security principles. When providing Services, we apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a baseline standard for global personal data protection.
8.3Mobihub processes data, including Clients' personal data, for the purposes of account registration and Service provision in accordance with these Terms.
8.4For security purposes, Mobihub may collect and store network traffic logs, including source and destination IP addresses, port numbers, timestamps and other relevant metadata.
8.5Mobihub is unable to determine who ultimately uses the mobile proxies created on Mobihub's infrastructure. When transferring Proxies to third parties, Clients must inform them about Mobihub's Privacy Policy for End Users.
8.6In this context, we act as the data controller for Mobihub Clients' personal data in relation to our Services and accounts.
8.7Before subscribing to the Service, the Client must read our Privacy Policy as an integral part of these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
9.1Confidential information means any information concerning the Client or our company that the parties receive in connection with the conclusion and performance of the Agreement.
9.2Both parties are obliged to keep all confidential information strictly secret and to take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized or accidental disclosure.
9.3All disclosed confidential information remains the exclusive property of the disclosing party. Neither the Client nor Mobihub may disclose the other party's confidential information.
9.4Notwithstanding the foregoing, the receiving party may disclose the disclosing party's confidential information to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws or court orders — with prior notice to the disclosing party where practically possible.
9.5We will fully cooperate with requests and orders of law enforcement agencies, which may require disclosing any data about Clients that we are aware of, when there is a corresponding legal obligation.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1The Service and its original content (except for materials provided by Clients), as well as its features, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mobihub and its licensors.
10.2For purposes of these Terms, "content" means any information, data, documents, messages, software, algorithms, photos, videos, graphics and other materials available within the Service.
10.3Content posted on this Service is the property of Mobihub or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Distribution, modification, copying or other use of such content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.
10.4The Service is protected by copyright law, trademark law and other laws of applicable jurisdictions. Use of our trademarks without our prior written consent is not permitted.
10.5Use of the Service does not grant the Client any intellectual property rights in relation to the Service unless expressly provided for in these Terms.
10.6By submitting content within the Service, the Client grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use such content for the performance of our obligations under these Terms.
10.7The Client bears sole responsibility for the compliance of submitted content with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. Copyright Policy
11.1We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and consider any reasonable claims of copyright infringement regarding content posted within the Service.
11.2If you are a rights holder or their authorized representative and believe that a copyrighted work has been reproduced in violation of copyright, please send a claim through the official contacts specified in Section 20 with the subject line "Copyright Infringement".
11.3You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney fees) for bad-faith or unfounded claims of copyright infringement regarding content posted in or accessible through the Service.
12. Error Reports and Feedback
12.1The Client may send us information and feedback about errors, improvement suggestions, ideas, complaints and other communications related to our Service ("Feedback") using the official contacts specified in Section 20.
12.2The Client acknowledges and agrees that: (i) they will not claim any intellectual property rights in respect of Feedback; (ii) Mobihub may have development ideas similar to those contained in Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information; (iv) Mobihub bears no confidentiality obligations in respect of Feedback.
12.3If ownership of Feedback cannot be transferred under mandatory norms of applicable law, the Client grants Mobihub an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites
13.1Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services, including payment services, that are not under Mobihub's control. We do not control the content, privacy policies or practices of third parties and make no warranties regarding their offerings.
13.2THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT MOBIHUB IS NOT LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGEDLY CAUSED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THIRD-PARTY SITES. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND READING THE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES VISITED.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
14.1THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY MOBIHUB ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MOBIHUB MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
14.2THE CLIENT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THESE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR GOODS OBTAINED THROUGH US IS AT THE CLIENT'S SOLE RISK.
14.3NEITHER MOBIHUB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH MOBIHUB MAKES ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. MOBIHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
14.4MOBIHUB HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING HOW CONSUMERS USE THE SERVICE.
15.2TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLIENT RELEASES US, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER JUDICIAL OR ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS HAVE BEEN INITIATED.
15.3TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBIHUB'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS REIMBURSEMENT OF INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES PROVIDED.
16. Termination
16.1If the Client no longer wishes to use our Service, they simply need to stop paying for future periods (if necessary — cancel automatic subscription renewal) or delete all existing proxies and stop using the Service.
16.2The Client may request account deletion from support. Account deletion means the Client's withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, as a result of which we will delete all associated records, except those whose retention is required by law.
16.3We may immediately without prior notice suspend or block the Client's account in cases: (a) violation or suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law; (b) compliance with regulatory requirements or sanctions control; (c) technical, security or operational reasons; (d) other circumstances where further provision of the Service is impossible.
16.4All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should remain in force after termination will continue to apply, including provisions on ownership, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification obligations and limitation of liability.
17. Governing Law
17.1These Terms and the Client's relationship with Mobihub are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the company's registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mobihub reserves the right to seek judicial protection in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
17.2Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.
17.3These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Mobihub and the Client regarding our Service and supersede all prior agreements between us regarding the Service.
18. Service Changes and Amendments to Terms
18.1We reserve the right at our discretion without prior notice to discontinue or change our Service, as well as any services or materials provided through it. We are not liable if the Service is fully or partially unavailable at any time.

18.3The Client must periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Service after posting of changes constitutes the Client's acceptance of the updated Terms.
18.4If the Client does not accept the new Terms, they lose the right to use the Service.
19. Waiver and Severability
19.1Our failure to take action in connection with a violation of any condition or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such condition or provision or of any other condition or provision, nor does it constitute a waiver of the corresponding right.
19.2If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be excluded or limited to the minimum necessary extent, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
